HIGH PURITY ALUMINIUM METALLIZATION WIRE

This specification covers high purity aluminium wire majorly used for metals spraying vapor metalizing. Aluminium wires manufactured from high purity virgin quality aluminium ingots through casting and rolling process.

ACCEPTANCE STANDRADS

1: Aluminum wire should be free from burrs, cut’s kinks, bends etc.

2: Aluminum wire should be bright shiny in appearance.

3: Twist test: Wire should not split.

4: Uniform Size.

ZINC SPRAY WIRE

  • Spray wire used for arc and flame spraying and are well-known for its excellent quality.
    ● Spray wire are manufactured from virgin special high grade zinc and aluminium ingots by the process which ensures that the material meets requirement of the    specification.
    ● The manufactured wire should have a smooth finish, free from defects that may affect the feeding of the wire to the spray gun.

Chemical Composition : The material consist: 85%±1% (weight) Electroplated Zinc With Purity of 99.00%, 15%±1% (weight) Aluminium With Purity of 99.7%
PACKING: 85/15 Zn/Al” Spray wire packed and supplied in: 25-30 kg coil.
HANDLING AND STORAGE: 85/15 Zn/Al” Spray wire to be stored in cool and dry place and should be kept away from direct water contact or heavy moisture area.
SHELF LIFE: 85/15 Zn/Al” Spray wires have infinite shelf life. We recommend best for use within one year of manufacturing to get best results in application.
HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE CONTROL: The Material must full REACH & ROHS Requirements, according to date revision.
